Default 99 civic/b18b1 swap - cooling and keyless issues

1: I have a 99 civic ex coupe with a b18b1 swapped in and this is where it started I put a 3 row rad in and now see to have cooling issues there is other factors I will get to like I'muusing a rywire jumper harness on a p 28 with hondata s300 and an ls tune. Operating temp is around 145 fan kick on around 170. Now if I let the car just warm up all works fine but when I start driving the temp gauge seems to just stay barrier on cold like the car isn't running, and my climate control lights flicker also my heat dosnt seem to work as well is it did before the swap.

2: when I got the car it had no key fobs with it so I called honda gave the Vin and they told me it came with them so I went ahead and picked 2 up from them both are new and working and the batteries are good the red light lights up on both when a button is pressed but only one will program I tried doing both at once and only one takes so I decided to try just the other that didn't program and it still will not period

any help would be great please

Do you know if you have a thermostat in the motor or if it may be stuck open? I know when my b20 didnt have a thermostat and I put a Mishimoto radiator in it, I could watch the temp guage drop as I cruised down the highway. But when it idled it goes to the operating temp just fine. OEM thermostat could fix that problem. I wouldn't waste your time on the autozone ones, I've had to replace too many now.

Flickering - Check for loose connectors and have the alternator tested.

Program the remotes EXACTLY like this:

Already been through all that a few time keeps only programming on of the 2 took it to d diff honda places today with no luck they tried at both places and charged me at one place. The only thing i can come up with this stupid compustar remote start the last owner had installed is messing things up and when I bought it they didn't know where the fobs were so....... I hear it's relay clicking in the black box when I programs the stock fobs.

The control unit behind the driver's kick panel may be bad.
