Black smoke came out from the back of my car, and when i start / turn off my car, i smell gas, my friend said it "you are runnin rich on gas" whatever that means???

Running rich means you've got a higher air/ fuel ratio than the engine needs. Normally it should be around 12 parts of air to one part of fuel.
Have you done any mods? Have you retried resetting the ecu?
