2000 Honda Accord LX SRS and ABS lights

2000 Honda Accord LX SRS and ABS lights
So i replaced my instrument cluster on my 2000 honda accord lx and after the replacement my SRS and ABS lights were on. I have taken it to Autozone and Advanced Auto and when they hook up there tester, there are no codes. The cluster is from the same year accord. Does anyone have Any solutions?
