Icon6 Honda civic DX 93- heating and leaking

Hi im ralph, i drive a honda civic 93 and its been recently overheating on me, i took a look at it and theres a slow leak on the driver side right by the time belt... i had a problem with over heating before and repaired it by changing the thermostat and radiator about a year and a half ago... at first i though it was a freeze plug gone bad, but was told otherwise by a helpful o'railys employee... can any one help with any more information on what it can be and how i can go about it and fix it???

thanks

Locate the leak & fix it by using oem honda parts.
The water pump is ran by the timing belt.
The water neck also runs behind the intake manifold.
