1995 honda ccord f22b2 rebuilt or swap

Hey i have a 1995 honda accord i want more power and i would like my car to be vtec can anyone help me should i swap the engine for a biger one or rebuilt it and turbo it does the h22 head fits on my f22?

boost the f22b2. Hell you can rebuild it unless you do a compression test and it checks out fine. I would rebuild with some forged rods and pistons and boost it.
