Default Stumped....99 LX civic having weird starting issues...

Ok, so I'm stumped, so maybe someone else has experienced the same issue I am currently going through. Car is a 1999 LX civic with stock d16y7. Here is what I am experiencing. The car has trouble starting ONLY after it has been driven and allowed to cool for roughly 15-30 minutes. Basically, if I drive it around and park it, then go back to start it 15-30 minutes later, it has trouble starting and will only start if I hold the gas pedal down with continue cranking. And when it does start, sounds like it's on 2 cylinders and basically showing symptoms of low fuel pressure or something to do with fuel, because as soon as it starts, it's boggy and I have to rev the **** out of it to start running like it should.
Things I have either replaced or are known to be good:
Dizzy
Plugs and wires
Fuel filter
Fuel pump
ECU
Main relay
Injectors pulled and cleaned
Grounds
Compression tested at 180 psi cold across the board
IACV

ECU throwing no CELS. As stated, only exhibits this problem after being driven and then parked and allowed to cool down for 15-30 min. Car DOES NOT exhibit this problem if engine is not under load, for example if I just let it idle for 30 minutes, shut it off for 15-30 minutes, it will fire up just fine. I'm completely stumped. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone has had similar issues, please chime in on what was done to fix the issue.

Check the mechanical timing.

tested coolant temp sensor? it can cause start problems after engine is warmed up.

Temp gauge seems to be working properly, so temp sensor is functioning properly. Mech timing and ignition timing is correct.

^Nope. The ECT sensor that tamboo is talking about does not send the temp signal to the cluster gauge. It's different.

Thanks guys, I confused the temp sender with the temp sensor.
Replaced the sensor like you suggested and car starts right up everytime. Appreciate it, just find it funny that it didn't throw a CEL for it? All the other research done led me to believe there would be CEL for a bad temp sensor.

Spoke too soon I guess. Car is exhibiting same starting issues. Really stumped... someone suggested clogged catalytic converter. So gonna see if that's the issue.

Verify fuel pressure, verify icm and igniter are within oem specs by using mulimeter. Post up your results. I don't want to see anything like "its been confirmed".
