Default coolant temp sensors

What are the symptoms of a bad coolant temp sensor on a 93Honda Accord

High Idle at cold start then rough idle when operating temp is reached. It will idle up and down for a while when warming up.

Test it. Should be 2000-2500 ohms cold and 180-250 when the car is completely warmed up.
