AZ ARIZONA 2000 acura intagra K24 swap!!!!!!

Up for grabs is my whip. Bought it a little over 2 years ago as a shell. Pretty much my build from the ground up. I've gotten into a bit of trouble, and lawyers are expensive. First thing to go is the pride and joy. Some details about:
2000 Acura Integra GSR 3dr Hatchback
Clean AZ Title, passed emissions last week, good for 2 more years!
200,000+ miles on Chassis
94,000 documented miles on engine, have paperwork, and warranty for 10 more months
Located in Phoenix, Arizona
Engine info:
k24a1 crv longblock, 94k miles
Brand new oem timing chain, tensioner, water pump, thermostat, valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals, spark plugs. Engine is ready to go another 100,000 miles
Hondata Kpro version 3
PRB (rsx-s) Intake manifold, crv tb
AEM Swap Cold Air Intake
EP3 power steering pump delete setup
Custom, one-off AFI Swap header. Only one in existence, super fancy
Hasport K-swap mounts, upgraded rear mount urethane
Hasport conversion harness
Walbro e85 compatible 450lph fuel pump
E85 compatible fuel lines in the engine bay
Edelbrock adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge and e85 compatible fuel filter
3" exhaust, 3.5" resonator, into stock muffler with removable piece to separate muffler for high flow.
I have a 3" electronic cutout for the car, but haven't installed yet. I like the car quiet, which it is 99% of the time.
Transmission:
k20a2 gears, k20z3 lsd
Installed new 2nd and 4th gear components earlier this year.
Hybrid Racing bolt-in shifter box, oem cables
O'reilly lifetime warranty clutch slave cylinder
Running O'reilly Lifetime warranty axles for RSX base

Energy suspension bushings in rear trailing arms, front lower control arms
Upper control arms, including bushings and ball joints, were replaced about a year ago.
lower ball joints replaced about a month before
Outer tie rods were replaced when I got the car about 2 years ago
NSX/Legend dual piston front calipers, Mini Cooper 11" rotors

17x9 +20 STR wheels, silver with polished lip
255-40-17 Nankang tires

White outside, black inside.
Del sol seats, small rip on driver outer bolster. Red Stripe
Autopower 4 point bolt in cage, powder coated blue
RSX-S cluster, the important gauges work haha.

The body isn't in the greatest shape. Has its fair share of dents and dings and knicks and scratches. The front bumper was cut for the intercooler and oil cooler that used to be on the car, honestly the front bumper is falling apart. I have another one with an awesome classic Wings West lip, but it's black. I also have another set of front fenders that are almost mint, but they're also black. The car used to be turbocharged, but this engine never was. I installed new engine in it about 3 weeks ago. Has all fresh fluids in everything, including oem coolant and trans fluid. Brakes just resurfaced. Alignment done within the last month as well. I have an extra set of ep3 15" wheels with 205-50-15 tires, good for rollers. And a bunch of extra parts. I'm not in a huge rush to sell, but I do believe it's time. I have patience. If you come at me with an offer, all I ask is that you explain to my why you think it's a reasonable one. No a/c, no p/s, heater works great.
Asking 7,000 for now.

I could show you the dyno of the OLD K24 with vtec killer and on 10psi but this new motor hasn't been dyno tune just street tune to make it run nicely and get the a/f in order
