Default b16a2 swap

so im swapping a b16a2 in to my 91 civic hatch. the engine has a hydro tranny and the drivers side axel fits fine, but the passenger side is to long. anyone know what axel I need for this ? and does anyone know if they make a conversion speedo cable, my car has a cable speedo and the new engine and tranny has an electronic one. any advice would be HIGHLY appreciated. thanks!!

I believe you need to use the 88-91 b series aka jdm b series or a da axel in order for proper fitment. and look into hasport mounts for for the hydro to cable kit. also el searcho does help as well! good luck!

Take the electronic VSS out of your hydro trans and put the cable drive out of your old d-series trans in there.
It fits and works just fine.

What axle are you trying to use on the passenger side?
I believe the 90-93 teg axle should be used.

im not sure what the axels are out of, bought the engine, tranny, axels and shifter linkages from a kijiji add so im pretty much going on the guys word that it would all be compatible. ill grab a 90-93 teg axel, and thanx for the info on the speedo.
