In your case yes, that one got fcked up. Sloppy assembly got the best of that one.

You also got 1st gen cast B16a pieces scratched all to hell. Those oil holes where they meet the cap rely on a machined smooth surface with no seal. Scratches or gauges could result in leaks and less oil coming of the holes onto the cam lobes. Inspect them carefully.

Should I get the other style cam holders ??

I'm not aware of a functional difference between those and the newer versions.

I believe you can use a vise grip and pull them out and tap a new one in. I looks like the threads from the bolt dug into the dowel, you can see the threads made inside. Might want to look in the threaded hole on the head to see if its damaged. Looks like it wasn't flush when the bolts got torqued down.
