I'm going to be upgrading the suspension on my EK, for mostly performance street driving and occasional auto-x. An ITR rear sway (with reinforcement) is in the works and the only upgrade so far.

Is there any benefit to installing ITR LCAs? I could use ITR shocks/springs, but is this the only reason?

You can't install ITR LCAs on a 96-00 civic. Stick with what you have and get the beaks kit.
