is it possible to fry starters???
I've been looking up online for the past week now and I cant find anything.
The problem I'm having right now is that after my OEM starter went out. I've replaced with 2 remand starters and they are not working. And I've even got them tested before I took it home to Install. And after that the starter does nothing and clicks sometimes when I move the steering wheel around or it just spinss and not extending. I've regrounded e erything and checked every single fuse and everything's fine?? It used to Run. Perfect until I had to change out the starter. Then it just started to go down hill.
Car is a 99 civic so with an h2b

Starter relay? Is that the one in the engine bay fuse box?. I don't know. Did everything right I'm pretty sure
And I was wondering why the starter only kicks on when I turn the steering wheel back and forth. Or when I slam the door shut.?? Looked for 3 he's for loose wiring couldntfind anything
