Default 99 Accord, front end low speed collision. Bent Radiator Support.

Looking to get an opinion on the damage to my vehicle and if the Radiator Support could be straightened out without replacing the entire radiator support.

I unfortunately cannot get the hood open. The latch has been disconnected or jammed, and the bolts that connect the latch to the radiator support are blocked from the bent hood. Otherwise I would provide some images from the top down.

Any ideas on how to get that hood open?

The latch cable should run right under that support and towards the driver side. unfortunately I dont think cutting it will open it because it is a loaded system. Looking at the diagram it looks like there are only one or two bolts that hold that entire latch to the support. Are you able to reach it via that front grill?

I had pretty much the exact same damage done to my 96 in a similar accident. I was able to get the hood open (finally) by putting some weight on the highest part of the hood to flatten it out a bit. More specifically, I stood on it and jumped up and down a bit. YMMV

Im unable to reach the bolts as they are completely blocked off by the hood.

you will need to start getting creative. Jumping on it might work like toker said. If you flatten out the hump it should line the hood up for easier removal but no gaurantee
