OK AS OF NOW I HAVE A B2O VTEC. STOCK CRANK EAGLE RODS ENDYNE PISTONS 84.5 , B16 HEAD WITH M24XX CAMS , 238HP , IM LOOKING TO MAKE MORE POWER. THE LAST TIME I RAN MY CAR I RAN AN 11.3 1/4. FULL INTERIOR , 4 YEARS AGO . JUST GOT CAR BACK FROM X WIFE, AFTER 4 YEARS YES,,,, SHE IS HOME , BEEN OUT THE GAME , SO I WANT TO KNOW WHATS NEW AND OUT THERE, I WANT TO STROKE IT . WHAQTS THE BEST CRANK AND STROKE OUT THERE THAT WILL MAKE ME POWER. I KNOW CAMS VARY. ANS EVERYONE SAYS THESE CAMS ARE THE BEST . BUT I KNOW YOU NEED TO CLAY THE PISTON TO HEAD CLEARANCE BEFORE YOU PICK YOUR CAM . SO SOMEONE PLEASE ENLIGHT ME AND WHATS NEW .

I agree w/ what has been said. There is A LOT left on the table still with the base you already have. Do some research and figure out how to get it more air and let it breathe properly. Your bottom end sounds pretty solid...send some money on the top half, that is where all the power is made with our motors anyways.
