Default 96 hatch with b16a build $3000?

Hey all, selling my hatch after daily driving her for 5 years.
Before the b16a there was a supercharged b20, before people start asking about the boost gauge :D

Goodies:
B16a block with a port and polished SI head, skunk2 valves and springs type R cams and intake manifold. Mugen Valve Cover
Power Windows, Power locks.
SI seats and dash cluster
KYB adjustable shocks on Eibach springs.
Roto replica wheels
Heater/Defroster works.
exeddy stage 1.5 Clutch, fidanza lightweight flywheel, master and slave cylinders replaced last year with less than 10,000 miles on them. Both CV Axles replaced at the same time.
Always run full synthetic oil, changed every 5000 miles.
Yonaka exhaust system
Tires still have good tread
Registered till august next year
Clean Title
Pink slip in hand

Bads
Crack in the windshield, never been pulled over for it
Head liner is sagging
Paint is peeling
Fog lights need to be rewired, I have an extra set with wiring I'll throw in with the car. As well as a set of adjustable cam gears and some more exhaust parts if you want them.

Its about $1000 overpriced. Not trying to be a dick just is what it is.

Sound systems are better taken out and sold if youre trying to get some money back.

Anyways, I'll pull the speakers and take $3000 for it if anyone wants it at that price.
