What is it for and where do you live?

You can only buy a complete quarter new from Honda (you used to be able to get complete aftermarket ones, but they were hand stamped, didn't have rolled edges and just generally didn't fit) But if you live in a southern state you can probably get a used one from a junkyard.

It's for a 94 civic hatchback. I have looked on fixmyrust. And they arnt bad on prices ans I'm in st.louis mo.
