Hi, I'm running a 96 1/2 Accord and I'm getting a code. I just did a tune up about 2 months ago.

Code says misfire on cylinder 1. The check engine light blinks under a load.

So, I buy a new injector. Install it next to the distributer. The car runs good as before. I drive about a day on it and the lights back on. Same code as before. Blinking and everything.

How are the cylinders numbered ? Is one on the passenger side of the car or the drivers ?

It's a 4 cyl. V-tech.

Lend me a hand here. trying to sell this thing.......

 

cylinder 4 is next to the dist not cylinder 1

 

1 is at the crank and then you count towards the distributor
