Default High speed dieseling/knocking on accord 2012

I have a 2012 Accord cylinder that runs great overall but when driving own the turnpike at 65 any time you slightly accelerate it has a light knock, almost as if there is bad gas in it.

Honda tech said he hear it but it should not hurt engine.

It is making me crazy. THis car has been well maintained and only has 22k miles on it.

Any idea what this could be? I ran some fuel cleaners and high octane gas, no change. Tech said he checked exhaust system but did not find anything. Ive owned a lot of Hondas but never had this obnoxious knocking.

What could this be? Spark plug? EGR Valve?

Help!

Definitely under warranty. request another inspection and demand a different tech. "SHOULDNT hurt"? Bullshit. Sounds like you have knock/ping/detonation. at 20k the only thing you should have needed to change by now is the oil and air filter. It should run like brand new.

Does the engine seem to become underpowered when the knocking occurs? If there is a hesitation or lack of power then the PCM is retarding timing to correct the knocking. There are several possible causes for a spark knock including; excessive carbon in the cylinder(s), poor fuel, defective injector, defective EGR or possibly a vacuum leak (not likely). I would definitely elevate this concern to upper management or have another dealer take a look. I hate the "It should be OK" answers.
