You can go look at part numbers at acurapartsonline and cross reference with the years and models

I checked carpet part number at acuraoemparts.com and found the 97' non R and 01' R have different part numbers, but the 97' and 01' non R have the same part number. So im assuming its safe to say that a 97' non R carpet wont fit in a 01' R. Still not sure thou.

In the past, I have used non-R carpet in my '97 R and it fit just fine. Now, cross-reference part numbers for '97 R and '01 R to see if they are the same.

I had a 99 GSR carpet for a while. Found a clean ITR one and changed them back out. Same thing. Match up the holes.

Is the ITR carpet a different color or texture? Just wondering, thanks.

No. Its black where some may be tan but other than obvious color difference its the same. The only reason I got another ITR one was because my GS-R one had a hole develop and I happened to find an ITR one.

97 carpets are different from 98-01 carpets. The lower rear seat mounts are different in the 98-01 integra, and the carpet is longer in the 98-01 to compensate for that. Not sure if its for all integra's including the type R, but a black 96 Non-R carpet fits, BUT is slightly short covering the lower rear seat mount in my 98 LS "non-R". Much better than the stained grey one that was in it before though.

It should fit unless your trying to using it on a 4 door.
