hi guys i recently installed a fog lights and everything is working fine. its just the switch that came with the kit, im really worried that its always lit up even if the car is on off with the key removed from the ingnition its still lit up would that drain my battery?

 

If you're want help, you need to detail exactly how you wired the fog lights. Include pictures.

 

You wired something directly to a constant 12v, no **** its going to drain your battery.

 

Is this an aftermarket fog light kit? I am going to assume that it is, considering the OEM version was discontinued a decade ago.

Those aftermarket switches are notoriously badly designed. I've seen where even a properly wired switch causes drain because it is shorting out inside the switch.
