Reconstructed Title. $6800 pretty firm. Bangor PA 18013.
2005 Audi TT Quattro 225HP 6 speed manual. This TT has 128,xxx on it currently and will not go up any more because I don't drive the car.
This TT is branded a Reconstructed title. I am a I-Car Platinum Certified Structural Collision Repair tech by trade, and I purchased this car from an insurance company and repaired the car for my personal use. I can provide information and pictures if need be of the car pre repairs. All damage was to the drivers side front. The car was set up on a Car-O-Liner frame rack and measured, this TT strictly needed bolt on parts. There was no "frame" (structural) repairs at all. This car had an OEM policy and the price of new parts is what caused it to total.
I have owned and drove this car for the last ~ 30,000 miles. At 102,000 the Timing belt and water pump were changed at the dealer. All the hard vacuum lines under the intake manifold were replaced at that time. I do not know the mileage that the clutch was changed at, but it has a lot of life left and grabs right at the top. I had all of this work performed by a technician at the nearest VW dealership. Valvoline synthetic is all that was run in this car along with OEM VW or K&N oil filters.
I just had the car to the dealership for its last maintenance. The tires are new, and it received an alignment. The inner and outer tie rods were just replaced, along with axle boots, the battery, and the flex section of the downpipe was also replaced. It also just received PA emissions and inspection and is valid until 10/15. The tires are some cheaper brand and are noisy in my opinion.
The car runs great, I have done a few road trips in it from PA to NC, I would trust it anywhere. The car is totally stock other than a that carbon fiber insert in the rear bumper. This TT is clean, the body is straight. You will not find a ding anywhere in this car and that's no exaggeration. There are no chips or scratches in the front bumper, nor anywhere really on the car except the very bottom of the rear bumper has a few. The interior leather is good with no rips, cuts or burns. I purchased this car for $4000 damaged and invested another $6000 into it. This is the bottom dollar price I can take on this car. I never intended to sell it this cheap, but I have other projects I would rather address. If I can not get what I need, Ill just keep it.
The car does not really have many issues to mention. The only things would be that the previous owner painted the rims black, they don't look the best and I do not have center caps. These are better for "winter" wheels if I were keeping the car.
The information center in the cluster has the dreaded pixel death . Some lines are dead and it has its good days and bad days. The car has a 5 speed shift **** on it. When the battery was changed I did not have the radio code, I will have the Audi Dealer unlock the radio before it sells.
I can be reached at 610-216-(four)847 or jankyl29@gmail.com. Calls or text is fine, if you call you must leave a voicemail or I will not answer/call you back. I do not check this site often at all, I check my emails as often as txt messages as well.
