hi, My civic ex 97 b16a normally starts at 80psi till warm up. Recently I noted now the car starts at 70psi till warm up. when running the pressure goes to 80psi like always. I recently replace the head gasket and changed the oil alone not the filter but the car never mix oil+water.

This can be clogged pick up or going bad pump?

What oil was in it before the change, and what did you put in? Has it gotten relatively colder out in your area?

Drop the pan and have milkshake residues, clean the pan + oil pickup and new oil and filter.
