Default Front motor mount hitting frame. How do I fix it??

I got a 2001 civic salvage. Front accident. The front motor mount or the one in front of the radiator is touching the frame or where the bolt that holds it to the frame is. When i drive it hits it all the time making annoying noise. In idle it doesn't. Any ideas on how to fix it? They told me to put a washer in there. Some told me to hammer out the from a little so where the bolt goes it spreads out a bit
