94 eg hatch tail Gate?

Can't get my hatch glass to lock. The tail gate is not aligned good. It needs to be moved down. Is there adjustments to do that? If so where

There are some small adjustments by loosening the attachment bolts.

Are you sure your release cable our latch isn't stuck?

Yea I don't believe so because it locks every once in a wile but the gate is not aligned well at all.
