Default Help with car repairs

So I posted before about hitting a raccoon, the front bumper, ac condenser, and radiator all need to be replaced. My question is should I buy the oem parts through my girlfriends mom who works for Honda and gets a discount, which would add a few days to me being carless, or buy the parts through the auto body shop that it pretty trustworthy, will the oem parts be better than the others in this case?

Thanks a lot, also I was quoted 1700 for the parts and labor, there was a support rod behind the bumper that got bent so part of the cost was fixing it.

You can't beat OEM parts.

I had $9800 CDN in hail damage after my car was pounded with hail stones less than a year after I bought it and the extra $250 for original Honda parts vs. whatever the body shop will source was peace of mind for me.

Use the GFs mom and get the good stuff. It pays off in the long run.
