Hey all,

One of the bulbs inside my Cruise Control switch has burnt out on my '00 CR-V. I looked up the parts diagram as usual, and found something strange. The part is listed in the diagram as part "6", but there is no part "6" listed as an available part.

I went to my parts dealer and asked him about it, and I was given the part number of 35851-SB2-003. I going to have to give that bulb a try, because I have no idea where he got that from, but it's better than nothing lol.

Any one else replaced the bulbs in their cruise control switch? There are two of them I based on the parts diagram, so will probably replace both while I am at it.

So I have answered my own question, and will post my findings here for future reference.

The original part number I mentioned is not correct. No idea where he pulled that number from lol. Was only at another dealer because they were the only one in the area that had another part I needed in stock.

Went to my usual parts counter and watched him pull it up on his system. On his end, number "6" is listed and readily available. Part number is 35851-SB2-505. 5 minute switch and my cruise control switch is now properly illuminated with the rest of the console and the green light comes on when in use.
