2000 Civic si MPH to KPH cluster swap?

hi i have a 00 civic that has a MPH cluster and i was wondering if i go get a 00 civic cluster with a km/h cluster would that work? or i have to rewire stuff or recalibrate the speedo?

Well....it will read in KPH when you put it in....if that's what you're asking.
