have you tested fuel pressure? Do you have spark? Have you checked all the fuses?

Fuel pressure is normal. I believe a fuse is blown because I've tried everything under the sun to make it start. Is it possible that my fuel injector is bad and does that cause an no start issue?

well at some point one of the injectors would fire unless all four were not working. Check your fuses and start there.

Should I check to see if my ecu fuse is blown? And where is it most likely located?

I would think if your fuel pump is kicking on that your ecu is commanding it on via the key. The fuse should be in the fuse box located under the dash. Let me ask you how you know fuel pressure is "normal"?

Check for spark. Check for stored codes.

I checked the 15a fuse on my drivers side and it wasn't blown. But When the mechanic checked my fuel pressure. He touched something that made a lot squirt out and he said that my fuel pressure wasn't an issue. *Sorry I'm not specific with naming parts. I know little about cars**

I've replaced the crank sensor. Which I thought was the problem. And my car still doesn't start.

Can you please explain to me about when you say "stored codes"? Sorry I know little about cars. And the issue I'm having is no spark.

Go to a place like Pep Boys or aamco and ask them to check your car for any stored check engine codes.

Does you 2001 have an external or internal (inside the distributor) coil? Have you checked/changed the rotor and the cap on the distributor? I would remove the high tension wire from the coil (if it has an external coil) and check for spark at the coil. There is a good troubleshooting page, by a gentleman in Texas, showing how to check the igniter and how to make certain it is receiving a pulse from the ECU. You need to purchase a LED-resistor combination, from Radio Shack to make a test light. This is included in the instructions. This will confirm the hall pickup in the distributor is sending a signal to the ECU and the ECU is sending a trigger signal to the Ignition Control Unit (ICU) or Igniter. The link is: Part 1 -How to Test the Igniter, Ignition Coil Accord, Civic, CRV, and Odyssey

I have found his test steps very useful. Please understand they are the work of another and he deserves full credit for providing this excellent information. I can only attest to the fact his procedures worked for me!

Is your Accord included in the Ignition Switch recall? My 1997 Accord was included. I found an excellent video on Youtube showing how to replace it. It is very simple. Please let me know if you are interested and I will find the link.

I hope this helps some. Best of Luck and I hope you are back on the road soon!

Sincerely,

I can answer most of this with a few statements.

The 6th gen 4 cyl have an internal coil (98-02). The 6th gen 6 cyl have an external coil (98-99), the 00-02 had a COP set up.

I have an older Accord 5th gen 4 cylinder vtec. Our next Honda was a 2000 Odyssey NAV. I will never purchase another Honda after the Odyssey. I did not keep up with the changes on the Accord. The V6 Odyssey had COP and has been reliable. Too bad Honda does not know how to build transmissions that last. Thank you again for the update.
