What should i do about this tiny nick????

 

Absolutely nothing. All the surface around it is fine so it won't cause any sealing issues. If there were a deep scratch that went all the way from the cylinder to the atmosphere it'd be something to needing machining. But that nick shouldn't cause any issues.

Its just in the water jacket area anyway. It really doesnt seal anything...
