remove the parking brake. brake lamp should come off. that noise you hear is an actuator activating to let you move the gear from park

If it is the "brake lamp" then the e-brake is out. How did you verify the bulbs?

whats so funny, holmesnmanny, excuse me if cant express correclty, english is not my native language.

now lost again, for me bulbs means the little things that produce light in the back of my car, checked them by taking them out and turning them on, i have on out though, right bumper turn signal, other brake lights work, stops, spoiler stop light and third stop light on glass. and by "brake lamp" i mean the one that is on the cluster,

thank u.

NerfGunner420 thank you, ill take a look to the cables and more, greetings

Trust me im not laughing at your english. It just reminded me of the chicken or the egg. Check if your brake fluid is low. Or it could be the brake sensor.

Brake fluid "low" sets a different light - "BRAKE", just as if the e-brake was on.

"Brake Lamp" is different.

Me and my question, turn the headlights on. Check the tail lamps. Then press the break and re-check the lamps. The break lamp circuit checks the resistance on the bulbs....the bulbs have a dual element so the break lights might work but with the headlights on (tail lamps on), one element might be burnt out.
