'98 Accord, recently had the engine replaced. Car started and drove fine for about 2 weeks, then my gf went to start it and she said the gauge cluster came on like normal and then everything died.

Ignition switch isn't the issue. Battery fuse and ignition fuse are good. Battery shows 12.53v but I'm only seeing about 7.3v at the ignition switch.

When I try to start the car, there's no lights on the cluster other than the door ajar indicator, which is faintly illuminated.

Any ideas?

 

Make sure both ends of both cables are clean and tight.
