P3f valve reliefs with p8r head

I can not find the answer to my question after doing some searching.

Are the p3f piston intake valve reliefs bigger on the jdm motors that use the p8r head (33mm intake valves) or are ALL p3f pistons the same?

Same sized valve reliefs as all other b20 pistons.

x2. The valves are not close enough to the piston for this to be a major concern.

Factory cams aren't anywhere near the size of large after market Nonvtec cams, or vtec cam lobes. Unless you mill the crap out of the head.
