Default B16 TPS problem code 7 obd0 wiring checks out new TPS

New TPS. Greenwire ground checks out. Yellow wire gets 4.6 - 4.9 V. Red wire has continuity/0 Ω back to ECU. Red wire back probed reads 20-40 mV at closed throttle, ~.35 V at wide open. There was no issue pre-swap (drove donor car home, TPS was fine.

Same red wire readings with old TPS.

Anyone know anything to suggest?

You want .45v-.50v closed throttle so calibrate it

I'm aware. If it wasn't clear, my above readings are maximum values.

I think pw0, obd0, & b16 is pretty much all you need to know. All else seems extraneous

First off it's the rules of the forum to list all pertinent information including year, make and model at least. Secondly it is important because different models even within the same year range can have varying wiring colors and configurations.
