I just purchased a 1993 Honda Accord.I'm have problem trying to figure out whats going on with it.The car surges in high gear(automatic).I have changed the shift solenoids,the distrubuter,fuel filter,i have cleaned the IAC,the EGR valves,it appears to have new wires and plugs,rotor,dist cap.Sometimes it acts like its running out of gas,the trans is very strong no slipping,sometimes there is a strong smell of gas.I have also replace O2.I'm tired of throwing parts at it with no results.I would be very thankful for any help

 

Its also has bad fuel mileage

 

Look around the fuel rail for a leak. Remove the fpr hose and smell it for fuel.
