Hi all I'm coming from the e36 M3 world to join yours because i bought myself a daily driver that i have been restoring for 4-5 months now it is a 95 Dx coupe that teal/green color. So far i got my auto body shop to weld in clean rear quarters and painting the whole car with PPG paint and prep to bare metal for 4000$ . i also purchase all new suspension upgrades because all the bushings were shot and all originals parts . so far the plan is to collect every single part for the suspension and swap it all out at once but also clean the whole under body of any cancer and paint the under body and restore the trailing arms and spindles with sand blast and powder coat. ALL suspension work will be done by me and the under body work this winter. Parts i collected so far , ASR brace/sway bar kit with beaks tie bar (all purple) hardrace front control arms, asr RLCA, blox front/rear camber kit and rear toe kit. now i'm thinking around January is the time ill have my front and rear wilwood big brake kits new spindles and hubs wheel bearings dust caps and all replacement worn items plus some nice coil overs and strut bars. by then ill be posting my work of cleaning the whole under body sand blasting/restoring the things you can and powder coating/painting/plasti dipping your under body components to survive a life time through salt winters or to have that shell to last a life time. After that the goals are HP either LSVtec/B16A turbo build probably get around to this around spring time hopefully .
