91 EF/B18a1 swap - no spark after DPFI to MPFI conversion
1991 Civic Ef
Engine: b18a1
Car harness: Ef civic
Engine harness: B18
OBD0
Ive been doing research, trying to figure out what is needed for the DPFI to MPFI, what I need to do, what I don't need to do etc.
I was told I will not need to do injector rewiring, or adding wires because I used the b18 harness and I have the injector resistor box. I swapped C1/C2 with B10/B12 (Was told that's all I needed to do) and I have no spark.
The previous owner hacked up the ecu plug wiring. So I went to junkyard, cut one the 3 plugs out of a CRX and rewired whole thing. Some wires don't match, most do.
What am I missing? I just want to get this car running so I can sell it!! Anyone near Rochester Ny want to make some money, ill hire you to come get it running, lol.

Hhmmm..What engine harness should I use?
Can anyone else confirm this?
Sorry about that and thank you.

Generally speaking when swapping (especially on a DPFI car) you modify the existing harness. I can't speak for other cars but with the 88-91 Civic/CRX the "chassis to engine" connection does not share the same exact pinouts between DPFI and MPFI cars.
Without seeing how bad your harness is, it almost always seems like the best thing to do is start with a fresh unmodified harness (in your case a DPFI harness not a B18). If that's not an option or you insist on using that B18 harness then you have to get really familiar with reading wiring diagrams and figure it all out.
