Default MA FS: 2006 Civic SI coupe, nice and clean Habanero

Posting for my friend, please feel free to PM me for his direct contact info. Car is located in Boston. The car is a great daily driver and my friend has taken excellent care of it. Cash sale only.

Up for sale is my 2006 Honda Civic Si Coupe in Habanero Red Pearl Metallic.
This vehicle currently has 122,800 miles and is in very good condition.
I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle and bought it 6 years ago with 40,000 miles.

During my ownership I have taken very good care of the vehicle and have a folder filled with many receipts to prove all maintenance. I can elaborate on specifics with potential buyers. The engine runs very well and does not burn any oil; the transmission shifts smoothly without any clunking, or difficult shifting. The car has never had a check engine light.

Maintenance within the last year includes:
-Brand new OEM Honda Shocks and Springs
-Brand new brake pads and rotors
-New serpentine belt and idler pulley
-Lower control arm bushings
-Multiple oil changes
-New Battery with 2 year warranty

The body of the car is in good shape; As expected from an 9 year old car with 130,000 miles, there are a few light abrasions in the body work. I have tried to show these defects in the photos. The undercarriage is free from any rust or corrosion. The front end of the vehicle was protected with a clear bra until last year- the front end shines well and does not have excessive rock chips. I was displeased with the light output of the stock headlights - I retrofitted HID projectors into the OEM housings.

The interior is also in very good shape - the seats are free from heavy stains and do not appear worn. The kick panels near the floor have a few minor scratches.

Unfortunately, the airbag light is on. The airbag light is due to the passenger seat's occupancy detection sensor. This light has been on for many years and I have not been concerned enough to fix it. In preparation for the sale, I took the car into a dealership to be quoted for this fix. I was quoted 550$. I opted not to fix as I figured I would leave this to next owners discretion.

**I am currently looking for a good condition passenger seat to replace the current one, this seems like a cheaper option than replacing the sensor itself. this may be done by the time the car is sold**

The car will come with a very good set of summer tires (75% tread Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs) and a set of winter tires (50% tread) mounted on CRV rims.

The only reason I am selling this vehicle is because I have no use for it anymore and do not want to pay for parking. It passes inspection easily every time - come drive it away.
