I was replacing my gaskets under my rocker arm assembly seeking to stop a leak in my spark plug wells following the video by eric the car guy. something happened and now the arms got decompressed and are now all loose. ive tried multiple times to put them back together but it will not fit back into place. any advice?

 

You mean they all came apart ?

 

yes they all started to come apart.

 

It might be best to pull another set from the junkyard.

When u undo the rocker arm bolts from the head and attempt to lift the assembly from the head you just need to make sure the bolts stay in the assembly. If the bolts come out of the rocker arm holes the assembly will come apart.
