Default Clutch master cylinder help?

I just installed my clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder and the pedal is dead it is either all the way up or on the floor. What could be the problem? Thanks

i have tried to bleed the system it won't work. How can i bleed it if the pedal is only all the way up or all the way down?

You need 2 people in order to bleed it quickly, but just pull the pedal back, open the valve, push the pedal down, close the valve, and when it is back to the right feeling, then bleed it a couple more times and then you're done. Just be sure that the MC does not empty while you are bleeding it or else you'll be SOL.

if it's all the way up then you should still be able to force it down...or if that doesn't work just try draining all the old fluid and going from there...good luck dude!

damn advance auto one man bleeder my ***. I'll give it a whirl in the morning i spent about an hour getting the codder pin off of the bolt or whatever that holds the master cylinder to the pedal. I was so freakin pisses what a pain in the dick
