Do you have to change ?
Hood
Fenders
Bumper?

You're gonna need hood, fenders, grill, bumper, and headlights. And so people can't tell you converted from the outside, you might also want to throw in rear bumper(96-98 has a dip at the bottom of the bumper, where the 99-00 goes down flat with a small kick out at the bottom), and taillights(96-98 are red, Amber turn signals, while reverse, 99-00 are red and white). Also, to be intricate, and make it a full swap with little to no recognition of the change, the climate control panel is different(96-98 have the climate controls under the stereo, 99-00 have the ***** on the side of the stereo).
