Default expected numbers or further ideas before getting ready for dyno 82x87.2

So build currently is as follows
Block
B18c1 .40 over
.40 over cp 12.5:1 pistons
Eagle h beam rods
Oem bearings
Balanced to .10 grams
7lb flywheel exedy and 3puck clutch
Gsr crank

Head
Ported and polished p72 gsr head
Itr valves
Skunk2 dual springs and titanium retainers
Skunk2 pro2 cams
Aem tru time cam gears

Bolt ons
Skunk2 ultra street (port matched to head and polished inside plenum and runners )
Skunk2 pro series 74mm throttle body
Rdx 410cc injectors
3" custom cold air with velocity stack
Hytech header
Skunk2 megapower r exhaust
9mm plug wires and ngk iridium9 plugs
Oem distributor
Arp head studs
Cometic head gasket
Thermal throttle body and intake manifold gaskets port matched
Ctr transmission

Will be tuned in chrome running 92 octane pump gas

So does anyone here have any input on things they would change or add and why? Or any similar builds dyno sheets? Im curious to know what results others have gotten with similar setups. Id love to make 230whp out of it. Ive taken a lot of time paying attention to little details of this build and looking into combinations of parts to create a great machine. Car will be weekend driven/occasionally to work and back (60 miles) and at any drag events i can make next summer.

Thanks in advance

So then use free tuning software which is known to have issues..

If this is a street car,and you don't plan on making changes to the map yourself... Then I don't see a reason why Crome is a bad choice. Sure it has some bugs, but it has all the necessary features. A good tuner will get the engine to where it needs to be.

Besides that, I jus want to add that if you are running a Hytech header, make sure it's the small-tube. And to use NGK 8's instead of 9's.

Thanks for the input. Ive always used chrome pro on all of my builds and the same tuner has done them all. Im not against investing in hondata though. Honestly it never really crossed my mind until now. What are the bugs and issues associated with chrome? And yes, this car will be primarily a street use car.

I would use bigger injectors like grams or ID 650cc just to have room in case you max out the injectors. With those pro 2 cams, 92 oct and the rest of that setup i don't see why it wouldn't make about that much hp with a good tune. Also those AEM 3 bolt cam gears are known for slipping and cracking i would deff upgrade those to something more modern like the anti slip golden eagle or bisi moto gears or SK2 gears.

I dont see myself maxing out the injectors. But if i do my tuner sells rdx and id injectors anything from 310 to 1000ccs. As far as the cam gears go i had no idea. Guess ill go with some skunk2 pros to add to my hoard of sk2 parts lol. Thanks for all the advice people!! Anyone have any similar build dyno sheets??

i made 213 with 81.5mm CTR pistons, with a CNC ported head and Fake toda Header and victor x intake manifold so right around 220whp if not more for your setup, but i'd ditch crome its not nearly as good as a S300 or Neptune

Getting excited to see my final numbers. :D all i have heard grom crome though is that neptune and s300 is better. Well what makes them better? Especially for a street set up. Of course there is more features for a track set up. But when its a street car what gives hondata or neptune the edge?

You might be able to make 240whp as well given that we made that with a 82x89 and ITR pistons, refer to the thread in my sig for reference.

LOL thats the question thats always rarely answered

hondata s300 runners will say = good better than crome to justify it
neptune ,, ,, ,,

on a street/ mild motor like yours... crome will do the job..
is hondata s300 better, yes it is... will u fully use the benefits of it? no

if you're turbo and all.. yeah s300 gets the cake over crome

slowsleeper ^^ up there, has tuned alot on crome and hondata, im pretty sure he'd have better opinion though
