I have a 92 civic 4 sedan engine has been swapped with a 1.6l out of a 99 ex civic. I have been having problems with my speedo acting crazy. When not running its below the peg under zero and it only moves when i get into 4th and 5th gear. Read around tryed the easiest thing 1st the vss. I put it in made no difference. So i need some opinons of what to do from here.
