Buddy of mine got some integra wheels, he wanted to polish them, so I took one home, hit it with 400 on a random orbital, and then 800, polished with rouge on a loose cotton wheel. Came out pretty nice, I need to change out my buff I think because it's leaving tiny scratches in the polished piece (any tips on this?) Anyways, the polished aluminum looks nice, but what about the center cap? It's plastic and has what I think is a sticker that mimics a machined finish. I thought about getting chrome vinyl and wrapping the cap, since the chrome vinyl stuff looks like polished aluminum to me. Anyone out there done a refinish on a wheels and caps?
