yes it will fit fine. the exhoust not the header.

i got the greddy PE for my 92 SI lude and it all fit but the holes were drilled a little wider on flange to the cat, so i had to drill for a long time but other than that it fits perfect. ***I might have just got a defective part? in not sure, but it works and sounds great*** especially with my turbo
