What do you think about my spark plugs

Just pulled them out. There is a bit of flaking. Is this normal?

Setup is ITR motor with IHE.

looks like that flaking could just be deposits from the gas. try getting gas from a different station after cleaning/using new plugs and see if its still present

Go up one heat range hotter to clean up the electode and color the tip just right.
Also it should clean the high carbon sooting the rim just a pinch.
