'91 CRX Crossmember Bolts
So I'm switching from the Full-race traction bar to the innovative one for and the fullrace one only uses 1 of two stock mounting spots for on the far ends. It's a SI if that makes any difference.
I don't have the original bolts, and the only ones in there are rusted as could be. I've gathered it's a 12x113 bolt. But what thread pitch is it does anyone know? Also when I was under there looking at it, it didn't seem like the nut was all that far away that a 113mm bolt would be needed. 11.3cm long bolt just seems... ridiculous.
I'm assuming it's either 12x1.25 or 12x1.5 as with every other bolt on this car, but some clarification would be appreciated. Or have all my thread diggings given me misinformation? The one on the full race bar seems to have a 17mm head or there about, and I'd pull it off, but I'm not ready to risk snapping it just yet.

Bolt sizes can usually be found from the parts list description. you can look it up at any online dealer.
in this case its : 90161-SH3-040 17 BOLT, HEX. (12X113)
its also found in the service manual. they are free to download if you just search.
thread pitch is almost always 1.25mm, except for small 6mm bolts, shift **** and lugnuts.
and i highly recommend using stock bolts. while you can get hardware that has a high strength rating; thread class, fit, shoulder length and head size from honda bolts are carefully designed and selected. its best to use the right bolt.

Yea that was the only info I could find just wanted to make sure really. None of the parts diagrams I found ever showed the bolts or mentioned which ones went where.
Thank you though, and jesus $7 a bolt... I guess it's worth peace of mind and knowing it fits.
And I did search, I guess I'm just not very good at knowing which keywords to use yet.
