Default 92 Civic Hatch SI Starting issues

So I have tried to search multiple forums for someone having issues similar to mine but have had no luck so maybe someone can help me out a bit. My issue is that I can start the car up just fine from a cold start but after the car has ran a little bit, and it will run till I turn the car off. But after it's been turned off and if you try to turn the car back on it won't start up and you have to wait between 3-10 minutes before it will start up again. I have recently done a motor swap and just put in another d16z6 motor. Have tried to check plugs, wires, fuel all seem to be working well. Im still new to the honda world so maybe you guys could help me out with some other things to check.

Thanks

When the engine won't restart warm, is it a no-crank problem or a cranks-but-won't-start problem?

When it won't start, does the fuel pump prime?

Spark at all 4 plugs?

CEL codes?

Fuel pump does prime, all 4 plugs do have spark, and there are no CEL codes.

Correct when the engine won't start fuel pump is priming and plugs have spark, I will have to double check tonight to make sure that the CEL is working though thanks for the tip.

Only when the engine won't start:

Also check whether the spark is bright white. If spark is deep blue, orange, or yellow, it may be a weak spark issue.

And check whether fuel gets to the cylinders.
