Default any recomendations on a high-flow cat?

any recomendations on a high-flow cat? i was considering going with a test pipe, but i was told that i may lose torque!

I tried to order one from landspeed it was a power core and it was to short and the flanges didn't line up right and the O2 senser would have hit the body. A budy of my mine order one I thought he said it was supposed to have been made by spoon and his was to short also. He had some one make a straight pipe for him. we both have 01 ITR,s He claims it made a big difference in performance though.
