I've just noticed that I have a coolant leak at the firewall where the bottom heater hose connects. It appears tht the hose is tight and it looks like coolant is dripping from around the rubber grommet that seals the metal tube to the heater core. Can this be sealed at the firewall to stop the leak or am I destined to replace the heater core itself?
