I am kind of at a loss in trying to determine what the 3 hose connections in the red circles are on the back of a B16a engine. I know the one that has a hose (not circled) goes to the IACV

 

I have never heard of a vacuum hose for the IACV.

There should be vacuum nipples for the FPR, PCV, and possibly EGR systems.

But how could anybody possibly advise you without knowing what B16a engine you have? Know what I mean?

My appologies . Though none of them are vacuum but coolant.

As for the b16a its a 92 model with the 54xxxxx number on it. Its not an A2 or A3 model

I believe that connects to the black box for the PCV system, your black box is missing one of the connectors that comes out of the top and then hooks to block, the other connects to the hose that goes to the PCV valve
